Installed at the end of the 2011 season, Knotty Green now has an electronic scoreboard, a real rarity at village level. Some things don’t change however, the clubhouse bar is still the place to celebrate or commiserate after matches. Each year, about mid-season, we hold Club Day, an excuse to get the bunting out and play a good natured game of village cricket between past and present players. Also this year, we are introducing a ‘single wicket’ competition for the first time, which is sure to be keenly contested.
If you would like to get involved at the senior level please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for details, or just turn up and have a chat.
